Cheryl Bruce  is a mother of two, a proud grandmother of five, and a woman known for her warmth, resilience, and steady presence. With more than 40 years of executive administrative support experience, she has supported senior leaders in high-stakes, detail-driven environments—earning a reputation as the calm in the storm, steady and composed under pressure.

She is the co-founder of eMACulate Cleaning Service, serving Southern Maryland and the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area, and the Founder of Let’s C.L.E.A.N. Collective. Cheryl is also the author of The C.L.E.A.N. Start Guide eBook and Creator of The C.L.E.A.N. Start 1:1 Intensive, which support women who want to start their own commercial cleaning business.

Through The eMACulate Office, Cheryl provides executive administrative support and operational assistance for professionals who need their days to move from chaos to calm. Her work also extends into the home through The eMACulate Touch, a Declutter & Space Reset service helping overwhelmed women create functional order using what they already have.

She is also the Curator of Sip & Strategize Brunch: A C.L.E.A.N Experience, an empowering event connecting women in the commercial cleaning industry with the tools, knowledge, and partnerships needed to scale successfully. 

A domestic abuse survivor, Cheryl draws from her personal journey to uplift and encourage other women.
